LAI is a B2B business, whose primary goal is to sign new clients for game localization services (translating video games from Japanese to English and French, for example).
The Problem
LAI faced the challenge of explaining:

WHY game developers should spend money on localizing video games for global markets.

WHICH MARKETS & LANGUAGES would provide the greatest return.
The Solution
I developed the concept for an app that took REAL MARKET DATA from a trusted partner and showed CLIENTS the ROI BENEFIT of localizing into different languages.
My Role

Conceptualized & designed the app.

Worked with an external app developer to bring the app to the marketplace.

Negotiated deals with third party, market data partners.

Designed a system for app monetization. Showcased paying partners to add value for app users.

The main menu didn't show what the company was about.

Users came to the website for the company's Services, but the Services were buried in the menu, adding CONFUSION and a HIGH BOUNCE RATE.
The Problem
The website didn't retain users due to DIFFICULT NAVIGATION.
The Solution
I redesigned the toolbar to focus on the company's Services. This made it clear to new users:

PURPOSE of the company.

EASE of NAVIGATION.

Increased ENGAGEMENT & RETENTION - Average time on page increased by over 100%.

USER INCREASED by 30%.
Final Design

Added 4 Main Services to the Toolbar to increase USABILITY - Game Publishing, Game Marketing, Game Localization, Technical Translation.

Moved secondary items to a second menu to REDUCE BOUNCE RATE - About, Blog, Podcasts, Clients, Game Industry Statistics, Contact.
